August 16-17 The Dr. Martin L. King Jr. Civil Rights Heritage Tour will provide an opportunity for sojourners to be inspired by the past and enhance their vision for the future. Stops in Selma , Montgomery and Birmingham , Alabama will afford travel goers an opportunity to learn why the struggles of the Civil Rights era are so significant and extremely timely. Historic sites, informative museums, enlightening dialogue and provocative Civil Right's documentaries will provide a heart-felt experience that will be long remembered. Each sojourner will come to learn and respect how persons determined to see a brighter day endured untold trials and tribulations with the hope in mind that one day all people would be able to soar as high as their character, intellect and perseverance would allow them.
