Join us in Charlotte, NC as part of the day of worldwide actions to Stop War On Iran (see www.StopWarOnIran.org). We will be protesting in front of Texaco which is owned by Chevron, one of the five big western based oil companies to get a no-bid oil contract in Iraq & profit from war, misery & death. We will also call attention to the fact that oil was $29 a barrel (about $1.06/gal) before the invasion of Iraq. Threats against Iran alone cause spikes in the oil/gas prices, an attack will cause them to soar ever higher.
