Where: UNCC, 9201 University City Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28223-0001. Gather at Fretwell Parking Lot # 6 at UNCC, 11:30 AM on Thursday, March 20, 2008.

Ø Gather at 11:30AM Parking Lot #6

Ø March at 11:45AM - 12:15PM from Fretwell to Belk Tower

Ø Speakers/music/poetry (12:20 – 2PM) – Speakers include two veterans of the Iraq War, Sri Rajagopalan USMC (Ret) and Mike Robinson (Iraq Veterans Against the War) as well as Maggie Davis, CODEPINK CHarlotte & David Dixon, Action Center For Justice.

Ø Die-In (2:25 – 3:25 PM) at the Belk Tower

Ø Tables with information

Ø Direct action – phone calls to our Members of Congress.

When: Thursday, March 20, 2008, 11:30 AM – 3:30PM

Why: To educate, raise awareness, and promote positive action among the Student body

To engage and motivate people to work on ending the US occupation of Iraq, so that we will have more time and resources to create a peaceful, and sustainable future.
