Hands Off Michael Moore! Lift Travel Restrictions on Americans
To: Bush Administration, U.S. Justice Dept, & U.S. Congress
Michael Moore found out during an appearance on the Jay Leno show on July 26 that he has been subpoenaed by the Bush Administration. The subpoena regards Michael's trip to Cuba while filming SiCKO, where he takes 9-11 rescue workers to get needed medical care denied to them in the U.S. It was provided to them free of charge in Cuba.
We call on the Bush Administration & the U.S. Justice Department to immediately cease any & all investigations & any possible prosecution of Michael Moore.
We also call on Congress to change the laws restricting Americans right to travel to Cuba if they so desire.
