Storms cut short a peace rally in downtown Lynchburg with the woman who has been the face of America's anti-war movement, Cindy Sheehan.

For about an hour Thursday night, downtown Lynchburg was the epicenter of America's debate over the war in Iraq. In three years, Cindy Sheehan has gone from grieving mother to full-time protester. About a hundred supporters joined Sheehan on a march through downtown.

However, they shared the route with about two dozen people who support the war. Except for the occasional shouting match, the two sides kept to themselves. Peace activists used the rally to renew their call for President Bush's impeachment and an end to the Iraq war.
